Abstract |
Background. Nowadays the majority of managers of organizations have a clear understanding of the need for training and development of their own staff, which is a priority for success in achieving the goals, set by the organization’s objectives. Implementation of the process of intrafirm training for the vast majority of companies today has become not only one of the main tools to achieve their objectives and tasks, but also the norm and the need for a successful business nowadays. One of the main issues for organization’s management, conducting personnel training, was to identify the factors and criteria influencing the quality of the labour force in the process of this training, and effectiveness of personnel training. The aim of this paper is to understand the factors and criteria of improving the quality of labour force in the process of personnel training. |
